Sub-processors

NForce AI is a product of NSpark, Inc. Where we process personal data on our customers' behalf, we act as a processor and engage the third parties listed below as sub-processors. This page forms Annex III to our Data Processing Agreement.
We impose data-protection obligations on each sub-processor that are no less protective than those in our DPA, and we remain fully liable for their performance. We do not use customer personal data to train or improve any generalised AI/ML model.

Notes
- Our email infrastructure (EmailEngine, WildDuck) is self-hosted on our own infrastructure and is not a third-party sub-processor.
- Systems you connect and authorise yourself (for example your own CRM, email or calendar) are accessed on your instruction; they are your own processors, not our sub-processors.
Changes and Objections
We will inform customers of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor, giving not less than thirty (30) days to object on reasonable data-protection grounds, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
