Frequently asked questions
At minimum, you need an LLM API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Channel-specific keys (Twilio, Meta, Bland, etc.) are needed when you activate those channels. We guide you through setup during onboarding.
No. NForce charges a flat platform fee plus any modules you activate. Your only variable costs are what you pay your API providers directly — and those are at their published rates with zero markup from us.
Yes. Modules can be activated or deactivated at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing adjusts on your next cycle.
